How Does Hypnosis For Weight Loss Work?

 
Hypnosis for weight loss works by activating the subconscious mind to allow us to naturally and easily create behaivors that lead to the results we desire.  Hypnotherapy for weight loss is accomplished by creating a  very relaxed, hyper focused state of mind where your subconscious mind is more active and open to suggestion.

We all know our actions are controlled by how we think and our actions determine the reality of our physical world.  Specifically in regards to weight loss, our physical world, or the size of our body, is the direct result of the actions we take in regards to food and exercise.  If we overeat, and dont't exercise we get fat.  Our level of exercise and how we eat though, are a direct result of how we feel and think about food and exercese.  When our natural thought processes lead to behavior like overeating, picking poor food choices, and not exercising, we see the results of those actions in our bodies.  Unfortunately the default thought process for most of us leads us to get fat. 

If we can create thought processes that lead to behaivors that lead to thinness, like eatuing better and and exercising more then we see the results of those behaivors in our bodies.  We get thin and fit.  The key is in changing how we think.  

During hypnosis your brain enters a light trance like state  It is similar to the state just before you fall asleep or just before you fully wake up in the moring.  It is also similar to daydreaming. You are alert and awake but very relaxed.  During this state your brain actually has a different brain wave pattern that when you are fully awake.  Your subconsious mind is also more active than your conscious mind.  Your subconsious mind is actually the key to success with hypnosis for weight loss or any other behavior change.  Your subconscous mind cannot distinguish between a picture you create in your mind and what is actually real.  If you consistently present correct behavior to your subconsious mind, those behaviors then become reality in your waking state.

Hypnosis simply allows you to create thought patterns that benefit you when your not hypnotized.
