We all know our actions are controlled by how we think and our actions determine the reality of our physical

and awake but very relaxed. During this state your brain actually has a different brain wave pattern
that when you are fully awake. Your subconsious mind is also more active than your conscious
mind. Your subconsious mind is actually the key to success with hypnosis for weight loss or any
other behavior change. Your subconscous mind cannot distinguish between a picture you create in your mind and
what is actually real. If you consistently present correct behavior to your subconsious mind, those behaviors
then become reality in your waking state.
